    Yamaha Saluto Overview

    The all new Yamaha Saluto 125cc is specially built for "Economical & Practical Indian Family". The new model achieves the best fuel economy in the 125cc class segment. It has has been developed for family use motorcycle with practical performance at very reasonable price. It is based on the Blue Core Engine development ideal. It is lightweight design and the new model has the lightest weight in its class at 112kg, which in turn improves fuel economy by approximately 10%.  The saluto boasts of a mileage of 78 kmpl which is good in 125cc class segment. The new model has a designed tank cover, which adds more to motorcycle's dynamic styling.

    Yamaha Saluto Engine and Transmission

    The Saluto is powered by a newly developed engine. The power comes from a new 125cc air cooled, single cylinder engine that has Yamaha’s Blue Core technology. It gives maximum power of 8.2 Bhp at 7,000rpm and torque of 10.1 Nm at 4,500rpm. This compact and efficient engine has been engineered with a 4-speed gearbox. It is the lightest bike in its own class, weighing at just 112 kg.

    Yamaha Saluto Mileage

    The All New Saluto is very economical bike with a claimed fuel efficiency of 78 Kmpl on test conditions, and we are expecting it to return a good 65 Kmpl very easy on city roads. The tank can hold 7.6 Litre.

    Yamaha Saluto Performance & Handling

    The Saluto is lightweight, compact and efficient. It is quite a performer with good turnaround riding experience. Yamaha Saluto has an efficient suspension system comprising of front telescopic forks and swing arm setup which aids in offering a smooth ride even on rough roads.
