Benelli is the one of the oldest Italian bike manufacturers, entered in Indian market through a joint venture with the pune based DSK group. After that they introduced superbike models in india to and to expand its portfolio for motorcycle enthusiasts. The latest addition is the powerful 250cc Benelli TNT 25. It has been launched in two variants standard and premium. Benelli TNT 25 is an entry-level naked motorcycle that is being brought in CKD units. Due to its single cylinder engine help keep the pricing low. It is the most affordable motorbike from the company’s current portfolio in India. It competes with other sport and super bike models such as Mahindra Mojo, Honda CBR 250R and KTM Duke 390.
The TNT 25 is powered by 249cc, 4-stroke, 4-valves configuration, liquid cooled for a smoother performance. It gives maximum power output of 28.16 Bhp and the maximum torque of 21.61Nm is generated at 8000rpm. it has 6-speed gear shifts with multi-disc. This transmission system transmit power to the rear wheel.
The motorcycle has a ground clearance of 160mm & a fuel tank capacity of 17 Litres. it gives mileage of around 30.5 Kmpl
The jerk absorption for a smooth riding experience. It has efficient suspension system. The front suspension is front telescopic forks and the rear is hydraulic mono-shock absorber. The alloy wheels with wide tyres provide impressive handling and grip. Benelli has 280mm disc with a 4 piston caliper in the front and a 240mm single disc with a double piston caliper in the rear.
